Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving among project team members. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role, with a demonstrated understanding of the project lifecycle and the application of project management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Demonstrated strong theoretical and practical understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools, specifically: Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and application. Proficiency in creating and managing detailed project schedules using Gantt charts (e.g., MS Project or similar tools). Expertise in developing, updating, and optimizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Experience with Risk Matrix development and application. Familiarity with the comprehensive Risk Flow process (identification, analysis, response, monitoring). Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement at a client location.
